Preliminary Registration
Pre-registration does not guarantee a place at Koç Worlds 2010 only payment in stage two and three will. The first person to register becomes the Institution Representative and is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Once this form is filled out the Inst Rep may edit all information in relation to the institution except the number of teams and adjudicators. Applications to change the number of Teams and Adjudicators must be made promptly to h.s.arik@kocworlds2010.com Individual delegates entered by the Inst Rep following payment in stage 2 and 3 , will receive an invitation email with an activation link to continue registration, and will be able to enter their personal information in stage 4 of registration. These delegates may only change information relating to themselves. Those wishing to attend the Championships as Observers must email h.s.arik@kocworlds2010.com providing details of the Institution that they represent and the reason for their application. This email request needs the approval of the Inst Rep. Registration queries and technical problems should be referred to h.s.arik@kocworlds2010.com and all will be answered as soon as possible.

Pre Payment
Institutions are required to pay the pre-payment amount of EUR100,00 per delegate, debater or adjudicator. Please note that we have no refund policy for the pre-payment.

Only those' who have made pre-payments will be allowed to make full payments.

Individual Details
You can now start adding delegates. Each delegate will receive a welcome email and must activate his account. These delegates must also enter their details into the system as soon as possible.

The Institution Representative should login and start adding delegates into the system. It is crucial for us to receive detailed information (including but not limited to personal contact details, dietary preferences, travel arrangements etc) of participants. Read More...
